I read the article by Dejan and found it mind boggling to the tune that so many of us are not empowered let alone still too stressed by the infringements of Mental Health as a subject to even know how to start getting out of the mud!

I am glad i read it since it has tickled my mind into action. Now is the time and this is the place to start. Let’s go for it hopefully this will answer so many of my unanswered questions!
